Best place ever! Whenever I go they are friendly and welcoming, making me feel peaceful and comfortable. The food is top notch (especially the cheesy chips). And they let you put your own condiments on!!!!! So much to love in this world and this place is one of those things.

So I have to admit initially we were kind of scared of going there because it was not well rated but then you know how things just go, you want to try it to judge it personally, and then it turned out to be literally awesome, we even got a third portion of chips and cheese with gravy sauce for free and that made it utterly perfect! It was kind of rude not to say that we got a spare one for free but we definitely enjoyed it to the full! Thank you for making our hangover the best experience ever! Gonna come back for sure! That was great guys, keep going decent!

Really, really crispy. The one star hygeine rating does not reflect the 5 star experience I had here. That "one star" of hygeine cleansed me more than any bath I have ever taken. I went here at 12:19am and the ambiance lulled me into a trance-like state. Time didn't seem to pass, and before I knew it I had a warm parcel of cheesy chips and gravy. My depression disappeared, my anxiety long gone. While elbow deep in a pool of cheesy gravy I even received a phone call from my father who went missing in 2008. As I finished my meal the smiles on the faces of the loyal staff put my soul at peace, the hot gravy taming the fire within my restless vessel. Each slice of melting cheese was tenderly wrapped around my heartstrings as the sizzling chips kept my heart beating. I came back to my senses at 3 am, I knew I was not in my humble house but I truly felt at home. The warmth has resonated through me, life has meaning again, I have felt something for the first time in a long time. My sincerest thanks for the spiritual awakening provided here for the low price of £3.00. Thank you.

I used to live around the corner and used them all the time and i never had a problem with any of there food.I think it's a great little takeaway

Regularly go there, so good food What stood out is one time after a night out me and my mate were dying of thirst, tried asking for tap water at other takeaways who wanted to charge us, went to Crispy’s and not only did they give us water, it was bottled. They have my loyalty

Not only the best fish and chip shop I have ever been to, but hands down the best nightclub going. 10/10 for effort and commitment to fun from the staff, excellent swag.
